European Central Bank Vice President Luis de Guindos said an advance in the euro beyond $1.20 could be "much more complicated" for policymakers. Speaking to Bloomberg’s Francine Lacqua in Sintra, Portugal, he said the speed of the currency’s ascent is more worrying than current levels, which he said are not a cause for concern. He also talks about the impact of geopolitical risks on the euro-area, volatility and defense spending.
