Dutch Finance Minister Eelco Heinen discusses the significance of ongoing trade negotiations between the European Union and the United States as the August 1 deadline approaches. He also comments on the European Commission’s proposal for a significantly expanded  €2 trillion ($2.3 trillion) budget, saying the deal is "dead on arrival."
