Tyranny comes in many faces in America’s twenty-first century.

#1- The Federal Conspiracy Law – A law that makes speech a crime. You can just talk about something, and it is a conspiracy. With this law, you don’t have to commit a crime. The act of a crime in itself is not required, but merely a conceived notion of possible crime could bring you under the umbrella of this law. Hell, you can just dream about a crime, but if you talk in your sleep and communicate your thoughts to another, this conceivably could be a conspiracy.

#2- The Patriot Act – This law is too broad and overreaching to even get into. It pretty much renders the Constitution null and void, hiding behind the guise of fighting terrorism. Freedom itself dies with this alone, depending on who is at the helm, steering this monstrosity at any given time.

#3- Financial Reform Bill – This bill makes the Patriot Act look like child’s play. This law reaches across the entire financial system and how you spend your money. The provisions in this bill, thousands of pages long, have not been realized yet and are so vague and powerful that they could conceivably track every financial transaction made by businesses and citizens. It assumes complete control over how all money is spent.

#4- The RICO Act – One of the most abused laws outside of conspiracy. This law was only to be used to take down crime syndicates like the Mob, and was turned on the common Joe with lightning speed. It allows the government to accuse you of a crime, claim everything you own is are fruit of that crime, and confiscate it all. It is also used to string together more than one act and call the collection of acts a crime, even if the act individually is not a crime.

#5- Supreme Court Decision on Eminent Domain – This law and ruling by the Supreme Court nullifies private property rights and allows local government to confiscate your land by claiming they could gain more tax revenue from it than what you are using it for. It is the destruction of private property rights and destroys a main building block of a free nation. It is only your property if the government doesn’t want it. This law is nothing short of Complete and total Tyranny.

#6- The Wetland Law – An intrusive law that attacks private property by claiming some animal or insect lives on your land, leaving your private property useless and unable to be developed in any way. The law is so insane that the animal or critter does not have to be spotted on your land or property. A government agent can claim he or she just heard the animal or insect and prevent you from building on your piece of land. It gives superiority to the rights of animals and insects over private property rights of humans and renders ownership of land an illusion.

#7- The FISA Court (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) is a secretive U.S. court that oversees requests by the federal government to conduct surveillance on foreign nationals and suspected agents of foreign powers. It was established in 1978 under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to ensure that intelligence-gathering activities, such as wiretaps and surveillance, are carried out in compliance with the Constitution, particularly the Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The court is unique in that it operates in secret, and its proceedings are not open to the public. The court hears requests for surveillance orders submitted by federal agencies, like the FBI and NSA, and evaluates whether there is sufficient legal justification to authorize surveillance. The court’s decisions can be appealed to a higher court, but most of its rulings are classified.

The FISA Court’s role has been subject to controversy, particularly regarding its oversight of mass surveillance programs, with concerns about privacy, civil liberties, and transparency.

#8- The Progressive U.S. Tax Code – The way the tax code is set up controls industry and individual behavior. The code is so complex and so malleable that it can be used as a weapon with the IRS as the spear of the sword. The system is used by corporations to extract tax revenue from the working class, and the tax code has destroyed people’s lives. Some people have killed over it, flown planes into buildings, and committed suicide. Run afoul of this tax code, and it could be a lifetime of harassment from the IRS that renders freedom a thing of the past. The tax code is a weapon that is used by the government to go after enemies with audits and crush working people in a plethora of ways.

#9- Police Organizations Use of Worldwide Facial Recognition System Technology – The application of this technology that scans the faces of free people walking down the street and runs it through a computer for identification is beyond tyranny. The use of this computer technology on the people of a free nation is tyrannical at its core. The excuse that this face-check program is to protect us from the bad guys is a fallacious facade. How can walking down the street, minding your own business, and having the government spy on you be something a so-called free nation does? How is it any different than some man with sunglasses watching and following you? The power of these hands is overwhelming and can be used for a vast amount of governmental chicanery. It is so Orwellian that, in every way, this kills the concept of freedom.

#10- Mail-in ballots can be vulnerable to corruption and undermine free and fair elections. Here are some key concerns:

• Voter Coercion and Fraud: Mail-in ballots can be manipulated by individuals or organizations who might pressure or coerce voters to cast ballots in a certain way. This is easier with absentee voting, as there is no supervision, unlike in-person voting at a polling station.
• Ballot Harvesting: This practice involves third parties collecting and submitting completed mail-in ballots. While it is legal in some states, it opens the door for abuse, such as altering votes or discarding ballots that don’t align with certain interests.
• Lack of Voter Identification: Mail-in ballots often do not require the same level of voter identification as in-person voting. This can lead to situations where ballots are submitted by people who are not eligible to vote, or by individuals who are impersonating others.
• Tampering and Mis-delivery: Ballots sent through the mail can be lost, delayed, or tampered with. If a ballot is intercepted or mishandled, it may be altered or discarded, leading to a distortion of election results.
• Unsupervised Voting Process: Unlike at polling stations, where election officials monitor the voting process, mail-in ballots can be filled out without oversight, potentially allowing for fraud if the integrity of the process isn’t tightly managed.

This is a list of only ten laws in which freedom cannot exist. There are many more, but just take these ten. It is completely and inherently impossible for freedom to flourish under these laws. These ten laws wipe out any oxygen one has to breathe. They snuff out most of the freedom and leave behind some cryptic- freedom or semi-freedom that leaves the populace within the shackles of tyranny.

Everything on this list is a law now, and the life you are leading presently is not filled with freedom. You think it is, but in all practicality, there is nothing left but a growing tyranny. If freedom were a pie, this wouldn’t even be a slice. The people are feeding on the crumbs of freedom handed out by the government. The ignorami gather with the “troupe” at semi-freedom’s doorstep, feeding on the illusion that just doesn’t nourish the soul that yearns for a free life.

You are told you live in a free nation. You are given symbols of flags and songs to sing. You walk lockstep into the belly of tyranny, unaware you are being consumed. Freedom cannot exist in its natural state under the shadow of these laws. You cannot walk between the raindrops of tyranny and be unaffected. However, you can be fooled and blinded by tyranny under the disguise of what is good for you or under the lie of what protects you.

Political correctness is the mask that tyranny hides behind. This kind of stealth tyranny will attach itself to any host. Whether it is any political party or ideology, tyranny will hide right under your nose and steal away any droplets of freedom that live in and around you. The American population is being possessed by an evil that is cunning and strong.

Tyranny has taken hold, and you are not some conspiracy nut to say it aloud. If anyone questions it or doubts it, just let them look “closely” at these ten laws. Ask them, can they, with a straight face, say freedom could live under this kind of oppression? The answer is no. Freedom needs space to breathe. It needs room to flourish. It cannot exist in a vacuum.

Freedom is only a concept from the past in America. It is not part of the present and can never be linked to the future without a bridge. The bridge is our memory. There are still a couple of generations alive today who once lived with freedom. There are also generations alive today that have no relation to freedom as it once was. They cannot recall something they never knew or felt.

We are their bridge. We are the bridge to the future of freedom. We are freedom’s hope and last chance. Tyranny is the Matrix in which you live today. Now, do you want to take the blue pill or the red pill is the question. The choice is yours. Help me build this bridge. When you walk through a metal detector at the entrance of a school or walk around in an airport, point to things and tell the younger people. “It wasn’t always like this.”

What you need to do is point out all the cameras everywhere. Explain to your children that the communists used to have a man on every corner watching and following everyone. Explain to them that those men in the dark sunglasses have been replaced by all these cameras, watching everything that you do.  Tell the story of freedom. Tell the story until your last breath. Keep it alive.
