The gaggle of disinformation and fake news purveyors is going around acting like what Tulsi Gabbard has uncovered is a Rorschach Inkblot Test. The media whores are now telling you that what Tulsi has declassified is up to the eye of the beholder and could mean two diametrically opposite things, one version being that Obama did nothing wrong or no big deal, and the other being that Obama headed a criminal conspiracy to defraud America in an attempted coup.

The evidence declassified is not for interpretation or political debate by the media; it is for the courts. The only debate that means anything that will follow these declassified documents released by Tulsi Gabbard will be the debate in a court of law, fought out between the prosecutors and defense teams when the investigation wraps up. It does not matter whether Mark Halperin or the rest of the press act if there is nothing worthy of journalism here; all that matters is that Pam Bondi has dispatched a Federal Strike Force to hunt down the various crimes committed by Democrats. Yes, the Supreme Court ruled Obama can’t be held accountable, but they did not preclude us from letting future historians know what a piece of shit he was for the history books. Also, his minions are not protected from prosecution.

A Federal Strike Force is a specialized, multi-agency team, often led by prosecutors, that focuses on specific types of criminal activity. These teams pool resources and expertise from various federal agencies, sometimes including state and local law enforcement, to target high-priority criminal enterprises or schemes. They are known for their intelligence-driven investigations and vigorous prosecution of complex cases. The big, gigantic, and enormous problem here for Trump’s spokespeople is that you can not explain what Obama did on a bumper sticker, so the tricksters hide under the layers of bullshit and deceit they created to bury all of this in the American psyche. That’s their blueprint; they have you arguing over Russian Facebook ads, Russian election interference levels, and hacked voting machines. Every shiny object is deployed to distract you from seeing the man behind the mask.

One of the many possible laws that could be charged is the  Federal conspiracy law, defined under 18 U.S.C. § 371, which involves an agreement between two or more people to commit a crime against the United States or to defraud the United States. A key element is the commission of an “overt act” by at least one conspirator to further the illegal plan. Penalties vary, but generally, the maximum sentence for conspiracy is five years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250,000, though the specific penalty can also depend on the nature of the underlying crime.

Other crimes to look for will be all of the federal documents that were “signed” by a human being to further the conspiracy to defraud America. Federal documents, whether being the President’s Daily Brief (PDB), FISA warrants, or a mountain of other federal documents that were signed by conspirators and carry with them a penalty by law if the signature involves a crime, could be some more things onlookers, defense lawyers, and courts might get ready for. Like all conspiracies, there is a paper trail.

The Federal Strike Force will no doubt include a forensic accountant to comb through the money. You see, when it comes to conspiracies, just follow the money, and it will lead you to the promised land. Whether it was the purchase of the Steele dossier or political ads, there was money exchanged, and this part of the Strike Force could uncover a tsunami of financial and tax crimes. I’m going to leave you with one example of media bias that you must ignore. When President Trump, unprovoked, released the most intensive medical records of any sitting president in the history of our nation’s 250 years of existence, reporter Mark Halperin complained that releasing Trump’s medical records was flawed because the media did not have doctors present to ask questions. Mark grumbled about the fact that the reporters did not understand the medicine and took an unprecedented act of transparency, and sullied it.

Now, juxtapose that with what happened with the transparent release of declassified documents by Tulsi Gabbard. Mark was not complaining that there were no lawyers there to understand the law and any potential crime; Mark just blew it all off, asking publicly where the crime was here. It is fine to swim in the pool of ignorance of the law, but not for medicine. We’ll refer to that as the Halperin standard. Since it is too hard to explain what Obama did in a short soundbite, he hopes to get away with an attempted coup. So yes, even the great Mark Halperin was bamboozled; he is self-unaware of it, but guess what, it does not matter. The people have blown through the gatekeepers.
