I heard a discussion the other day that people who speak truthfully about the work environment for women at Fox News are traitors. It was said, that somehow speaking up for the ladies at Fox News, is talking against the base. Well, that is pure nonsense. We can love Fox News or at least some programs on it and still be able to speak frankly about Bill O’Reilly and some of the stuff that went down with Roger Ailes.

The Fox News Women cannot speak up for themselves while they are working there. They certainly can’t cap off on the air about the Caligula Era that ran unabated for years on that network. But we can. It’s a ridiculous notion that we are left-wing nuts just because we apperceive that there has been a female brain drain at that company. It is hard not to notice as the women flee from dirty old white men that work there. Come on, folks. We have to call a spade a spade. Bill O’Reilly is a dirt bag in my opinion and I don’t care how long his show has been number one.

We do not need another Bill Cosby like deal where the guy from the number one show can do anything he wants to women because he has the top show. Fox News and the people that watch shows on this network better speak up for these ladies. I do not want to see any more of a female brain drain there at Fox. The women make up most of the talent there and are why I watch the damn channel.

The so-called Family Values crowd better get their heads out of their asses and soon. Whether it is going on in our military, on our college campuses or in any American workplace, we have to stamp that out. Speaking up about it is the first step and the people who call you a traitor for doing so, are the freaking problem.
